While we meticulously inspect every baitcast reel, spinning combo, and tungsten jig before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as landing the big one!

Important Exceptions:

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Ice Plastics & Ice Jigs: Due to their specialized nature and potential for damage in transit
  • Used Fishing Line: Once spooled or cut, we cannot accept returns
  • Customized or Special Order Items: Including engraved reels or custom rod builds

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 829 Leisure Lane, RIO, US 26755 using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the items within 3 business days.
  6. Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For PayPal payments: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing.

For credit card payments: Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Policy

Want to swap that casting rod for a different action? No problem! Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the replacement item you’d prefer in your return request.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your premium fishing gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
