- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags

- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging with all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ice Plastics & Ice Jigs (due to specialized nature and potential transit damage)
- Used Fishing Line (once spooled or cut)
- Customized/Special Order Items (engraved reels, custom rod builds)

Exchange Policy
Want to swap that casting rod for a different action? No problem! Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify your preferred replacement in your return request.

Damaged or Defective Items
